LE32B650T2WXXH doesn't turn on

Hello to everyone
I own a Samsung LE32B650T2WXXH AZWJ3SVSA04131J.
The problem is that does not turn on.
So i open the case and found in the board of the power a transistor that is been damaged.
I extract it to replace it, but the characharestic of it can't been seen as it is been overheated.
So i would like to inform the specifications of this transistor, so as to replace it.
