samsung q series tv black screen

Hello friends
I have a samsung qa55q78cam TV (with one connect box) , I changed the region in the service menu, and after changing the region, I forgot to do a factory reset. After turning the TV off and on to exit the service menu and back to normal, my TV stays on a black screen after the Samsung logo appears, showing no air channels and no smart hub menu.
Also, I can't turn off the TV with the remote control and the TV doesn't do any (just red led on tv blinks) when I press the power button, but because it's connected to the wireless router, I can access the TV applications and Internet browser through the remote control application. Through it I have access to the Internet on the TV screen.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
Is there a way to hardware factory reset the TV?
