Hello everyone. I recently bought the GQ55QN85CAT TV, and if I understand correctly, this model is no different from the same model but with QE. Therefore, I want to ask if it's possible to change the model to QE55QN85CAT and how to do it. I want to change the model because I can't switch the Smart Hub to another country. The key combinations: mute vol+ ch+ mute or >>289<< are not working.

Enter the extended Service Menu and change Local Set (this change TV to another country) and Model Code (this will change CQ to QE model). Then do a factory reset.

Sorry for not responding for a long time. Yes, I can access the service menu. I don't know if this is the extended menu or not. I have a service remote on my phone.
I changed the local network. I manually changed the model code. I performed a factory reset. The languages I need are available, but I can't change the region of the smart hub.
