CI modul problem

Hello,
I would like to ask for help with a problem I'm having.
My UE32H5000 TV broke down at one point. I diagnosed the fault and found that the SENK14 processor was defective. I ordered a replacement from AliExpress. I swapped it out and everything worked fine, but the CI module is now reporting an "Error 11." The TV does detect the CI module, but I cannot watch encrypted channels. When I use the service remote to select "3xspeed + Factory," it displays "Not Available."
The EEPROM contains the key, which unfortunately I do not have.
Is there a way to get the processor to communicate with the CI module?
