I do not understand - what is wrong:
1. Do you have telnet?
2. Does your TV not respond to remote control?
3. TV does not start at all - blank screen and no reaction?
4. Do you have ExLink cable?
5. Did you change anything in Service menu before?

You need exlink cable. Please, don`t paste here whole text from instructions page. Use quotes and code tags to format text. It is very difficult to understand where is your text and where is quoted.
Did you change anything in service menu?
You need exlink cable. Solder or buy it.
