How Can We Make Full Factory Reset ?

From tv remote control if we press exit button for more than 10 seconds there is pop up menu ask for confirmation for resetting tv to Factory Settings
Also in Service Menu there is an option for restting tv to Factory settings.
These 2 methods does not fully reset all the values in tv's service menu area. Also if you change the settings under Advanced sub menu of Service menu it is not fully possible to reset them.
Is it possible to make full reset of all settings and have the tv as same as the first day at your house or a like a new tv? Maybe to upload a settings file from usb or via exlink cable such as factory.dat ,settings.dat???
In the service menu there is a erase eprom option but i think we will need to enter all setting manually , which is really hard and almost impossible.
