I believe you could make something with LExxC530. But I am not sure about C450.
Since those TV's has 3 different architecture, we couldn't say anything exact.

Before to buy, tell, what are you expecting from your TV and samygo?
What functionality do you need?
If you need PVR (channel recording), then both of your models do not have it at all, you have to choose more expensive model (from C650 and higher).
If you only need cheap budget line TV without extra functionality, but you think - samygo gives missing apps - you`re wrong.
Ask you self, do you need ethernet and widgets. Ask you self - do you need network shares (watching movies from your NAS or PC over network) and so on.
I think you should know - list of applications for C series TV`s is very short.
I suggest you to think about features you want to have on your smartTV.
Read C series wiki section to have a picture about what you could get using samygo.
No one can say for you what model you have to buy. IMHO both models are very limited in functionality and have not much chance to get extra functions.
If i were you, i would buy model with Internet@TV. But might you do not need it and you do not plan to spend more Euro for TV.

Both C530 and C550 use the same firmware. You can enable wifi from service menu if you want. And sure, Hotel mode hack is supported by this model.
