I don't know any law to register encryption keys...
Even if Samsung says that they owned the key and it's proprietary material, I think their hands are empty when front of the judge because no one could "own" those encryption keys.

Users doesn't need key, you can just use SamyGO Firmware Patcher from svn-trunk to decrypt/encrypt firmware images. Or if you just wonder, you can see actual keys at the file...

Oops. But that key is for different purpose, can't decrypt firmware image...
Guys, any news on the key recovery? Send me PM if you could recover it...
Hey samsung, can you send me that key or we needed to find it by our-self like other ones???
About exlink and JTAG dumping on MSTAR : I really don't know it on D series.
