I think this due encryption method you used. For example TV chip doesn?t allow L5 h264 but L3... Use main profile to test it out. I believe it will be show...

As I said
Format profile : High@L5.0 is not compatible with TV.
Use Hight@L3.0

No tool to do that, You needed to re-rip the movie...
I advice you cut a minute version and test on it if TV could play or not..
