I can't tell from this what the resolution is, but if 110x65 is ok, what about 220x130?

I bet the video covers are the same thing as the chapter frame grabs. I don't see any other thumbnail files. Also, when I delete the mta files, my video covers disappear until they are recreated when the file is played again.
