Firstly I think your firmware name is CHL5DEUC, not CHL5EUC...
What it's version number?
You have 3 choices...
Enabling via Debug Menu , by reading this wiki page (require exlink cable and exlink port might disabled on later firmwares.)
Or
Enable WiseLink On from Service Menu (which is disabled on later firmwares)
Or
Patching your firmware with SamyGO firmware patcher. You can also could find pre-patched CHL5DEUC firmwares at internet.
What is your current firmware version? 2010.1? You might try altering 2008 firmware version as 2011 and retry...
