Mine is set to"none" and works fine...
Change country only by "ff 289 rew" when "smart hub" is open
For service menu i use only "ruSamsungTVCommunicator" on Pc
press info (from phisical remote) and then factory (from pc ruSamsung remote)

did you get the "web browser" or "skype" ?
or something ...intresting ?

first turn on BD-player wait a minute , start ruSamsungCommunicator on your PC, check if it works .
If all are ok press "info" then "Factory" and in a second your Service menu is wide open.........
