MICOM is responsible to give meaning of remote control signals... It looks like you erased that memory partition and I don't believe if it repaired back via normal FW update procedure... I saw some micom fw upgrade procedures at manual but this require you to have working firmware and special tool. It's better to call Samsung Service. You can wait for other developers/users comments also.
What will you told to Samsung service?
Firstly you don't have to say anything legally. The right to remain silent is a legal right of any person. This right is recognized, explicitly or by convention, in many of the world's legal systems.
Samsung needed to understand situation by their-self ideally but their technical services has no such knowledge nor have time to spend on it. They will just replace your board if it's under warranty....
