SamyGO does not support low end models like yours. That`s why don`t you find any info on wiki or forum. Here were some users who rooted this device or service port (which is USB like).
You could flash firmware from TV to TV, but you have to get root access firs.
Second: research what filesystem structure and type exist on TV.
Third: don`t make anything you do not understand. Brick TV is so easy. But unbricking is hard and in most cases - only in Service.
I think your TV is out of warranty, so it will cost.
