WebBrowser - no, changed model does enable it, but it won`t work.

PVR - yes (by changing model to higher, for e.g. 6100 or 6500). Changing model to any of existing didn`t lead to brick.
Just before to start:
set rs232 to "debug"
watchdog to "off"
This helps you if brick (you have to change any service menu values you want over ExLink)

SamyGO - yes, but just after rooting the device

If you have ExLink cable then you can do it from there.
Another, easier way: activate greyed out menus using ruSamsungTVcommunicator and then change the model

Yes, i changed to D6500, rebooted TV, SmartHub got updated. After this procedure i saw Records and Browser (not working anyway) icons in SmartHub.
You don`t need to activate PVR, all what was needed is only to change TV model.
