I think it is warranty case. This is not your problem to downgrade firmware or not. it is samsung`s business to serve service and fix your TV. Why`re you caring about downgrading?. It is risky and could brick TV.

What is firmware on tv now? T-TDT5DAAC? which number?
Or could be here is T-MSX5DAAC also...

Sorry, this firmware isn`t supported by SamyGO. You could try to use hotel mode hack according manuals, but i don`t know if it works.
