It has to be problem with Skype application at TV. We have no resolution for this.
You can watch the TV debug messages via ExLink and might understand the problem but this does not a solution, just let understand why (you needed to avoid buy a TV from Samsung!)...

The problem is like for Browser:
"Platform - genoa. Fatal error. Aborting."

This is not exact message, but seems it checks for platform. We could try to patch platform name.

Well, because your Skype freezes the TV... Also my MKVs freeze it and restarts!.
Samsung produce defected hardware. Worse part is, they put those defects to lower series for selling more premium ones.
Also their software is actually a crapware, as you experienced...
I don't inspect others but it looks like LG or Philips are good alternatives to Samsung.
