built in hardware diagnostic test by pressing return key

hi
it is possible to perform a an internal diagnostic test of samsung tv hardware by pressing the RETURN key on the remote control for nearly 10-15 seconds. since everything is OK in my tv, it produced a very simple report but it may locate problems on other TVs if there is a problem, but I don't have detailed information about how it works technically. FYI only.
TV reboots after the test and runs normally. No change is perfomed in setup values
