I don't know about that wall mount. But you can't use A series firmware on B series TV. Basically, They use different CPU so there is no compatibility at software.

Everything possible on digital world. But problem is it's worth for. I thought wall mounts as a non-electronic iron skeletons for carry TV on the wall. But I think your device has some electromechanical things too. Don't know about it. Know that it's possible. But required work is far more pricey than new B series wall-mount for us. 
But If you really want it, you can learn ARM architecture, reverse engineer your A type wallmount and modify software to make it working on B series TV. Since I have no A or B series wall mount, I cannot help. Might be a hacker could saw this topic and help you then. Cheers.
