Windows: Unix: Here you find your ip/subnet/gateway you have to set manually...

Also TV Network setup shows your IP in auto mode. You just need to write it down.

If you need to enter proxy:port:authentication, then no, you can`t do it on TV, you need to share internet from PC then (another ethernet adapter?).
