Thx, any chance to avoid the switch to SmartHub after ticker autostart is finished? Is there anything wrong I'm doing or is this common behaviour?

Unfortunately this is normal behaviour...
I don't like this too - so I am working on an alternative autostart procedure (without SmartHub involved). But it's quite easy to brick your TV while playing with the start scripts... So it may take some time to find a safe way...

Update: I just recognized some encoding issues displaying German Umlaute (???????), I guess this is nothing Channelinfo is caring about, but just in case I'd like let you know...

Does it only occur with ChannelInfo loaded? ChannelInfo doesn't change the way characters are displayed.
I just checked (I am from Germany too) and at least "???" are displayed correctly. But you are right, I remember recognising some issues once... But it was only the "?" that wasn't displayed correctly, IIRC.

Update2: Several times I also got error pages displayed right above the tv picture which looks like a HTTP 400 errror message claiming about missing content...

Yeah, I also got that a few times. But I can't remember what I did to make it happen... I don't think it has something to do with the ChannelInfo App... Does it happen after switching channels??

Create empity index.xml in /mtd_down/widgets/user/SamyGO , this should fix the error.

how to disable channelinfo on UE40D6100 (T-GAS6DEUC-1011.5)
when switching channels always come table with channelinfo, befor installation of SamyGo I did not had them
as for me, if necessary I press button info and have same table with channelifo

this is exact how it works and i think it is nice function. You couldnt dissable it or if you can`t live together, you should search for "old" game.so released before ChannelInfo was published...

Using a modified lua start script from SamyGO, the ChannelInfo app can be started without loading SamyGO first.
Autostart is also possible by enabling Ticker-Autostart for ChannelInfo (in SmartHub press the blue button [D], go to Service Manager and set Ticker Autorun to ChannelInfo).

I've attached the new version - have fun...

I assume it won't work on MStar D series models, will it?
Where can I get the MStar version?
