Too much fun in the service menu. Not ashamed to admit it.
Here's a nice hi-res pic of my mainboard's eeprom area, I think:

Probably going to send in since service center is close, but maybe it's worth a shot at unbricking.

What exact have you changed?
You can set back or make factory reset over exlink.

Changed model by accident.
Exlink is junk output.

Can you go to top debug menu?

It's just an endless spew of junk characters and it visibly doesn't respond to any input since the junk characters just fly by as they fill the terminal.
Even if I could get to the TOP (maybe I can?), I can't see what I'm doing.
Is there a surefire way to do this in the blind?

The garbage that I've seen in your logs may be a problem with the PuTTY settings or the USB adapter. But you can still read some meaningful characters and know what you are doing.
If you can't really see anything more, the sequence is:
Code: Select all
1198282 - Unlock serial input
20089999 - TDM
10 - Factory debug
9 - Display & Excute Factory Menu
0 - Option
3 - Model
