Of course not. This is usual menu.

EDIT: as i couldn`t find any B6500 model, i thing you`ve made mistake and your TV is LE32B650. Please give link to Samsungs support page for this model or at least description on the internet... Thanks.

To be sure, Set TV to StandBy mode and press slowly this sequence on RC:

Code: Select all

INFO-MENU-MUTE-POWER

Take this screen and attach here.
After that you can power off TV. NOTE: don`t navigate anywhere in service menu, you can turn TV to brick easilly.
