I was able to play mkv files through DLNA Media Server. I use with my QNAP TWMOBILI. Now I can play mkv files even if not by selecting SamyGo Virt.USB but as the source TWMOBILI.

Sorry if I come on this topic. Why Samygo virt.usb not support reading mkv files through DLNA Unpn and if I go from TV to the source TVmobili works perfectly. Tell them that Tvmobili uses the UPNP DLNA.
This is a bug SamyGo?

You shouldn`t use dlna at all if you have SamyGO on board. Mount your shares over NFS or Samba protocols and you get support of mkv.
But be avared: not all mkv`s are supported because of limitation of Samsung`s media player, it`s not SamyGO bug.
