samsung is not responding
I have sent already 5 letter to my local samsung support
they are keep silence
somebody have email of samsung headquater, I would like to ask them about quality service of clients
or may be somebody have another way to solve this problem
also I would like to make a complaint them about fraud with 3d HD

They are shameless. Don't try to contact them. Just open a case for the fraud.

I have call them, and they are answer. Now I have to bring them TV and 3D image or video content ANd I have to prove them, that I am right. Now I need 100% arguments that am right. In wiki already discribed but I think I need more, so I need help
