Yes, from boot lines is it known, your TV is CI+ and firmware T-CHUCIPDEUC.
Latest SamyGO supported firmware is 3000.0.
You could write full TV model from the sticker on TV`s back panel.

here is a really risky and dangerous way to downgrade it manually. But only if you know some bash...

Oh, sorry, yes, you can patch, then use RSA dissabler and install your patched firmware.

For media player you don`t need any patched fw. You just have to
enable Wiselink movie in Service menu-control-suboption
