Spoof firmware version

Netflix has launched in the UK but when I install the app on my rooted UE46D7000, it tells me I must update my TV firmware to use it. Obviously I'm not going to do this as I would lose the ability to run SamyGO but does anyone know if it's possible to spoof the firmware version that gets reported to the Netflix app?

Take a look at the installed netflix widget:

/mtd_rwcommon/widgets/normal/11101200001
It seems the netflix code is contained within the main firmware (like Skype).
It might be worth trying to upgrade to the last firmware version which is still OK with SamyGO. [I hope that statement is clear, I don't mean
latest fw, that would kill SamyGO!!!]
