1. not not same.
2. this model isnt rooted, we dont have anything for it (just only if firmware is T-MSV4xxxx, because this firmware has unrestricted root access over ExLink).
3. Get root on T-MST4xxxx ...
Your firmware is for South America, i think Brazil model...
