Possible if it's a NFS network drive and you have at least installed this SamyGO Update:

But recording in standby is not possible, as this doesn't start SamyGO. You would have to set an additional timer to turn on the TV, too.

Run a NFS server.

For Win you could use HaneWIN NFS Server.
