You have to find a "Factory remote" (try at Samsung service) because your model don't think have support for "network remote"
Anyway, from service menu you can't fix that problem ...Try at Samsung service...In fact is their firmware BUG...like usual...

from 1003 firmware to higher versions (i stopped at 1006)i did not see any improvment of functionality... just blocked options...
