Check folder with your Content Library GAME apps and remove all files from it (make copy of them if your like): You can also check subfolders with other categories inside /mtd_tlib

When your use PVR+ to internal memory record your should look into Search for *.ts files and remove them.

As I tray understand, you fix problem with Content Library free space.

Now you tray to clear history list from Media Player.
If you use app Playlist cleaner restart your TV. When app fail your can do same job manually (via FTP). Look here.
But there is also similar app to remove thumbnails of videos - Thumbnails cleaner. This remove databases from folders /mtd_contents/Vxx (where xx are next numbers).
