Nope. Just if you`re lucky and you have got T-MSV4* firmware on board.

Yah, lucky 
You have to build/buy ExLink cable and connect to VGA port first. If success - you get full unlocked console.
Also check this topic.
As you see, we haven`t finished with testing Extensions on this firmware and i guess, you`re ready to make the job
