Cant export channel list to usb

Hello .I am new Samsung 32D6500 user.I cant export channel list to usb (only digital and satellite channels)(Kingston 8gb ntfs formatted).I tried usb1 , 2 and 3.When i press import it says no channel list in usb.after press export to usb it says no usb connected even the usb is connected.How can i fix this ?
