TV doesn't support some high level (>4) profiles on h264.
You can use some tools to change profile level of h264 to L4. Than TV could play this files.
I remember there is a page talking about this at wiki.

B650 doesn't have DTS codec. It is the problem.
You can try our DCA/DTS hack and could watch movies with DTS sound.
