LE40B650 Optical OUT, 5.1?

Hello, I have a samsung tv LE40B650. I want to get 5.1 sound from the TV optical out to hear the xbox360 and PS3 are connected by HDMI. It is possible somehow?

Hello, at least this works with UE40B7000. And you need to set xbox to output 5.1 instead of automatic detect. I'm sure there was better directions somewhere here...

I am using a translator and I can not understand. For my model of TV I be able to get 5.1 for the optical out with HDMI source? I'm not clear as

5.1 out is only possible for tuner sources. Not supported for HDMI.
