Live channel on youtube?

hello.. I have question about how to play Live channel on youtube over my TV
I can play this on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPoIG7O8EEQ
But not in my TV, i tried youtube widgets but nothing work. i can't play any live youtube channel on my TV
plz if anyway know how to play it even on nstreamplayer or any other widget that's will be great
