I need help with IPTV

Hello .. Actually I`m tried hard to find how it's work in my TV I have UE46D7000 and I can't root it because I'm in the latest firmware
so I start to find how to send the XML file to my tv using the develop account and was too hard because my english very bad, when I find how to do that I start to find how I can take the links from the sites for the arabic live channels, anyway its long story , now I have the links and i have netplayer and nstreamplayer in my tv i tried to put them in file but nothing working i dont know how to write the codes.
so plz im trying to find some one help me here
i'll put some links for live channels and some videos, plz anyone know how to write the code write it for me and thank u very much
