How is PVR encryption disabled on MStar?!

This is weird...
There is absolutely NO info here about how PVR encryption is disabled on Mstar models... it just magically and silently appeared in SamyGO some time ago.
Due to the missing info PVR encryption disabling is not available in "standalone" tools like the new web interface. Really weird... :-\
