MAX3222, I guess we can expect normal ex-link jack in this model
1GB (4*256) onboard RAM (yet still only 2 channels)
2GB flash (MovieNAND, MMC I/F)
Ethernet PHY still just 10/100.. Cheapsakes!

Yes, I can confirm these:

- MAX3222 => service port as 3,5" jack as serial line with ttl logic level (115200 8n1)
- onboard RAM is 2 channels DDR (see from debug output)
- Eth PHY is 10/100 only (communicate only at 100Mbs even if I use 1Gbs at second side of direct cross cable)

A also can confirm some main chip features:
