Hello Everybody,
I'm new here. I have an UE40D5000. I just entred to the factory menu using the buttons : INFO, MENU, MUTE and POWER. to see the coniguration of my TV.
I didn't change the configuration. But now, both USB Ports are not working any more.
Is there something that i have to do ?

I think you changed something but not noticed....(left-right buttons makes changes!)
You can re-enter that menu and check USB port counts.
