Good morning,
I think what he would refer to the USB port is used for other purposes.
The model is the same as my monitor and the USB port is for service only (upgrades / repairs).
My reasoning is correct @microinfo?

I regret to tell you, but I found the second is not possible to use this port for multimedia.

Don't get me wrong its a good Tele but a line appeared across the screen after a few months and its so distracting i am taking it back to the shop today. This shouldn't happen to a television after a few months of purchase.
