Hi,

I have a problem with bluray player. When i insert a disk (br,dvd...), it ejects the disk and and displayed :

can not read, follow these steps:

- check reading face is not damaged
- consult owner's manual to know Format Support

I tried resetting with exit for 20s but unsuccessfully.
I would like to access the service mode but I managed not to find with the search function on the forum to access the method.
Can you help me please?

I had the same issue on my first BD-d8900, and I sent it for repair...

For the Setup Menu, you can search for ruSamsungCommunicator in the forum, or look at viewtopic.php?f=18&t=3780
