1. I entered the service menu in order to check SW version and after exiting all picture settings (like brightness, color etc.) were reset and TV switched to Dynamic profile. Channels and apps are intact. Is this normal?
2. It looks like afer entering service menu all juder reduction features stopped working. Switching between Film modes give no effect. Yes, I understand that such effect is difficult to identify and quantify, but still - has anyone comments or ideas? I tried not to change anything in the service manu, just checked SW version, walked through a little out of curiosity and exited.

Do you mean switching it on in "normal" menu (i.e. enabling film mode) or enabling something in service menu? In case if it is service menu (or something else except of switching between film modes), could you guide me through the process? The issue is that currently I see no effect when I switch between film modes.
