Hi to you all,
A samsung tech came to my house to change the motherboard of my UE40D6510WS after it crashed during an automatic firmware update. Then I noticed that when I switched to 3D the picture went out of proportion so I called samsung back. The tech came back again and modifed the type of my screen in the service menu... then 3D was in the right resolution again but after he left I noticed that some on some channels I have some vertical black lines like the ones when you look at 16/9 plus I noticed some serious crosstalk that I did'nt had before they changed the mother board so I guess it's still badly configured and I'm pretty sure that it's the case since for example he put D6500 as model but it's a D6510 ! So I managed myself to put it on D6500 but I still need to figure out which type my TV is, and I don't know how to figure it out... following the wiki it should be something like 40??UF?E right ? Will I have to remove back panel to check something or is it possible to find it using serial number ? Do you think I have to change anything else in the service menu to make this badly configured motherboard fully working with my TV ?
Thanks a lot in advance
