You have the choice between an Applictaion that you can run from content menue or the integrated fix with patching your firmware file.

I don`t understand your problem.
I have an LE37B650, only 3 thinks witch differ from your model is LCD, CI+ and screensize.

I can change picture settings, such as dynamic, standard, natural etc.
And even depending on preset Contrast, Color, brightness...
