how to change UE32D6500 LOCAL_SET?

Hi all!
I'm from Italy and I bought my UE32D6500 on the net. I knew it was from France and I'd like to change it's LOCAL_SET to match my nation (we use LCN and other interactive services that aren't used in France)
I knew about a trick (factory, 3speed) involving the service menu and a program call ruSamsungTVCommunicator but, sadly, my TV has the latest firmware (1020) and it didn't work :(
is there any other way? I'd also like to keep the actual firmware, it solved a problem I had from the previous one (1018 or 1019, I don't remember) related to HDMI interaction between the TV and my computer...

many thanks!

as you can read in the threads about downgrading it should be possible to upgrade again by factory reset and upgrading in normal behaviour.@juuso: does he need to change any server adresses because of online update process?

thank you :D my concerns about downgrading are related to the risks involved in this operation: how safe is it?

I didn't have any probs with the downgrade. But my reasons are others then yours.-I only wanted to get samygo work on my tv to can access all of my movies from a nas server.
If you make the downgrade like discribed in thread and how to it's quite simple. but I can't say "how safe it is". It's like rooting a smartphone - all on your own risk.
In case of any problems you could write the pro's like juuso who will help you as far as they can
