Hello.

I am very sorry if this has been already answered here, but I realy do not have much time to read all posts.

My question is about the promissed 3D Full HD on models D6xxx.

I own a UE40D6530WSXXC since November 2011. By January 2012 I became aware of this problem, but only yesterday, 10 July, I wrote to Samsung in my country (Portugal) asking for a solution for this issue.

They answered me saying to me to update the TV's firmware.
I still have the software version: T-GASDEUC-1013.7, BT-G. I didn't upgrade it yet.

Before I become really mad against Samsung in my country (beliving they know very well what's happen and trying to make me stupid), I would like to get answers to my questions. They are:

1) What is the current status of this "3D Full HD 1080" problem in D6xxx TV series?
--- Is it really a unavoidable Hardware issue?
--- Or there is indeed a firmware update that can solve the problem? (<- It is really important I know this...)

2) Is there some D6xxx model that does not have that problem? (maybe D6750 or so).
--- Is there some motherboard that I can replace? Where to get it?

3) Which updated information was provided, by Samsung in other countries about this problem? I mean, is there any country where the Samsung representative did acknowledge the problem? (and did not try to cover it).
--- What was done in that country to solve the problem?
--- Can provide few more links related to the issues everywhere, so I can fundament this point here in Samsung Portugal? (Maybe can contact "consumer protection institution" and also warning everybody i know and I can about this).

Thank you very much
Sorry for my lousy English && Sorry if this has been answered before.
