Capped Browser on LED TV EH-5300

Hi to all, this is my first post
I want to know if there's a self-impossed cap or block to the internet browser
especifically related to flash player content (videos), it seems to me that they
put a cap on the bandwidth that can be streamed through the player
for example in some websites like bbc, the stream is fine, but when the player
load better quality (automatically) it stops and buffers, then plays fine again for 5 minutes or so
also in the website sawlive.tv loads the video but without sound
Thanks for your answer!
