Any idea what the web interface on the ES6150F is for?

I ran nmap against my UN46ES6150F and found a web server running on port 80 and port 443. When I connect to the the web server with http://192.168.0.102/ I get:

404 - Not Found

If I try random pages like http://192.168.0.102/index.html I get:

403 - Forbidden

When I run httprint against it I comes up with a 51.81% likelihood of being Apache Tomcat version 4.1.29.

Anyone got any idea what this might be used for?

Could be a remote service port... Anyone?
