Hello, I've just moved to Korea and I need help with two things in regards to a TV that is in my apartment.
I am unable to read Hangul (Korean), but all of the menus of the TV are in this language. Is there any way to change the language that my TV's menus display?
Also, the usb port on the back will not allow me to watch videos. Is there any way that the D450 can be changed so that I can watch videos via USB?

doesn`t your TV have option to change menu language???
If not - in service menu here is option called Local set. Usually here we can change localisation. But no guarantee it will work on your korean TV.
